This review is about maintenance and repairs done at Linnehan's service location in Hancock. Our Honda Odyssey van was limping along when we brought it in to Ryan. I thought there must be terrible issues that needed repair and suggested as much to Ryan. He considered my suggestions about what I thought was wrong with the van, but after a test ride called me to tell me that the solutions to the van's poor ride was just an alignment and new tires. When I brought the van home from the shop, it was like driving a brand new vehicle.
From my initial inquiries all the way through the sale I dealt with Scott and it was the absolute best experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle (new or used). I was skeptical at first because I live in Augusta and thought I would have to eventually visit the dealership. Boy was I wrong. Once we decided on a vehicle - it was brought to home in Augusta for a test drive and then the finance application was done on-line and all paperwork was delivered with the car once we agreed on the price and delivery date. What an awesome experience! We bought the 2016 Buick Enclave and are overjoyed.
