Randy was amazing! We were stranded in Acadia (stranded is a strong word for how beautiful the area is), and Randy came to our campsite to fix a couple of flats that we had. He was honest with us and said the labor would cost the same for 4 tires as it would for 2 if we wanted to just get them all changed at the same time. He charged us much less for the labor than the hours he actually worked. Unforeseen problems arose, and instead of hiking up the price like most places, Randy said it wasn't our fault, so we shouldn't have to pay more. It wasn't his fault either, just to clarify, it was a problem with getting the tires. He was top notch. He also said that while he is currently in Maine, if any snowbirds need a hand during the winter, he and his son will be down in central Florida to help you with all of your service needs. Seriously, I can't say enough good things about this guy. There is only one 1 star review about him not being timely, so here's a 5 star review about him being incredibly timely.
randy was AWESOME! our slide would not come in & he helped us get it in so we could leave. he was honest in telling us it would take a few says to get a new motor.....we could stay or move on to our next destination where he said there were more resources. he was right!!! if we lived near him he would be our go to guy!
