I have been wanting a truck now for some time. I have talked with everyone I know about their truck, what they like and dislike, etc. I did a lot of leg work looking at both new and used options, leasing vs. purchasing etc. However, the one thing I knew for certain was that if I decided to get a Chevy, I would be going to Darling's and my go to guy would be Jason Hardison.
We were heading back to Central NY State from a vacation in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick when our vehicle started having major problems. How fortunate it was that we were staying in Ellsworth that night. We called first thing the next morning and Angel and the service team were great in getting us in, repaired and on our way. This dealership was excellent to deal with and we'd recommend them to anyone. Thanks Darling Chevy for making a real difficult situation into a real positive one.

From the time I walked through the door to ask about the Chevy Malibu, until the day we signed the papers and wrote the check we were treated like royalty! Jason was the salesman we worked with and he went above and beyond to help us find exactly the car we wanted and then worked with us to get it to the price point we wanted!! Then after the sale he has checked in with us several times to make sure we are happy with the car and offered to help us with any questions we have. I finally decided to lease a new Chevy Silverado 1500 (which I absolutely love already) and the service from Jason, Matt McFarland in finance, and the whole Darling's Chevy team was awesome. I contacted Jason on Friday 8/11/17 to express interest and by 4:30 pm on Saturday 8/12/17 he had my truck ready for me, he delivered it himself to Bangor where I work to make it easy for me!!
