The Ellsworth BK should be a last resort fast food option. The only consistent thing is the poor quality - orders not taken correctly, meals ruined, out of this or that, and due to the drive thru/ parking situation, you can't pull over to check your items, you have to exit into busy High St. Not worth the risk.
dirty, run down, machines always not working or tore down for the night. Could not accept credit cards for almost 3 months. Food is subpar compared to other BK's
If I could give negative stars I would. Literally waited in the drive through line for OVER 20 minutes. Car in front of us ordered 2 meals and we ordered one. Get to the window FINALLY and I'm asked if anyone drove off...nope no one did...seems like a weird question to ask if you're doing your job! I tell the lady it's ridiculous to make people wait in line for 20 minutes. Then she tells me not to talk to her like that with kids in the car. Uh excuse me?! Manager waits on us instead and he tells us our total. Give him the money and he hands us our food. Not our food at all! I just asked for our money back instead. I work at a coffee place that has a drive through and I've never had someone wait that long in my drive through. Ridiculous. I will never. Ever. Ever. Go back. I encourage everyone to avoid it at all costs. McDonald's is right down the road and we had our food in less than 3 minutes and that included waiting for the car in front of us to order!
Waited 10 minutes at the microphone, watched the guy in front of me wait god knows how long before the even took his money. I thought this was supposed to be fast food? We drove off after watching multiple cars leave.
The drive threw Didn't let me finish my order before telling me my amount I had to pay. Had to wait like 20 minets for my food to come out so I shut my vehicle off. The hash browns I got wer soft and cold along with my coffee and pankake sticks. Not a very good place to have breakfeast. Should of went to McDonald's or Dunkin.
To the owner, you better do something because you are losing business.
