I can't say enough good about VIP and their friendly technicians and services. It is the only place I know where you can get free air for your tires and someone comes out and puts it in for you. I was in badly need of air in one of my tires. Someone recommended me to go to VIP. They didn't even ask which one . They checked them all and put air in the ones that needed them.

Very nice people, But went in for simple repair, they checked repair using used oil about 2.5 quarts they didn't remove used oil. I asked them to remove the used oil immediately. I run engine for about a month before I noticed a issue of blowing blue smoke from the engine and found oil filler cap not on and black thick oil just barely on the dip stick. I even bought new oil to put into the engine for them. I couldn't believe they even checked the repair by using used oil in the first place. Since then the engine now needs rebuild or replacement. When questioned about the repair they denied using used oil to check the repair. I will not go back. But like I said they seem to be very nice people
Great every time! I cannot express enough how wonderful the customer service is at the Ellsworth VIP Auto. I mostly deal with the young lady who works the service desk. I cannot think of her name at the moment, but will learn her name next time I go in. She is very knowledgeable, and executes her job with a smile. I have only briefly met some of the other people there, but they were also nice. The store is clean, and offers delicious free coffee and TV while you wait. I am not able to think of any negative elements of the store. Also, thanks for taking care of Veterans. Well done VIP Ellsworth!!!
Definitely make an appointment ahead of time. Oil changes and tire rotations have always been fine. But had them check breaks and was told I needed new pads & rotors (~$350 for parts and labor) but took it to my usual mechanic and only needed pads (~$100 for parts and labor). This single mom knows to "shop around" for the best price and deal.
