The person I spoke with was very rude. I wasn't 100% sure of what product I needed so, I asked if I could buy both and return the wrong one. To which he replied "I usually know what I'm shopping for before I leave the house". I would rather traverse to Town Hill or Brewer. Plus, they are expensive with a small selection.
Love, love, love this store! I love the local glass they carry it's unique and beautifully crafted! The customer service is phenomenal, the prices are great, 100% satisfaction!
Rick the Store Manager is very helpful and professional he always helps us make decisions with his excellent product knowledge. The Store is in the Mill Mall in Ellsworth and saves us a trip to Brewer. The selection is excellent and prices there are also very competitive. I will shop there from now on for all my garden supplies.
As of 10/27/17 I would still not recommend using this store. The staff makes your experience rushed and are rude. The Brewer hydroponic store and the store in town hill are much better choices IMO
