Very friendly! But a bit pricey that being said as a person who occasionally goes to the big box store Best Buy where the associates don't even acknowledge you were there and no one will help you purchase a product the price is definitely worth it!
Fantastic experience..Everyone was very professional and friendly. I had taken my computer to a nearby competitor 4 times and lots of money spent was told it could not be fixed without replacing parts that were too expensive to make it worthwhile. I then went to archangel for a second opinion..They fixed my machine in a very short time for a very fair price.
They did not have to replace anything..They just undid everything that had been done previously and I am now up and running fine..I very highly recommend Archangel for all you computer needs. I am sure you will find them very knowledgeable and professional and extremely pleasant and friendly.
