Right now I am not happy - but I know that this is not anyone's fault, you write a review and suddenly it all goes away you ever wonder where it goes. Right now, I will make this very short - Lee Ingram, is the only reason my wife and I will shop Sherman-William - had a couple of less than award winning encounters, He knows Pro Active Customer Care - he makes the difference that makes us switch from where we shopped before and now. If Lee is not working, we can wait - I am telling you, if you are looking for the right answers, the help without the give me your money, I don't have time for you. Then this is the store, this is the employee, I wish I still had my own firm - I would hire Lee in a minute, when someone cares that much about the customer, as an owner, he just bought into everything I stand for.
