Horrible service, rude, dirty bathrooms, poorly prepared food. I got the pleasure of finding a 10 inch red hair in my burrito. Last time I will waste my money at Kfc taco bell.
⚠Warning Stay Away⚠ I have been to this tacobell/KFC a few times in the hopes that their service would improve. The last time I went there, there was only 4 cars in the drive through and a couple people in the dining area, which is not many people for a "fast food" resturant. So I was in the drive through and waited 20 minutes for 2 tacos and a biscuit, I waited at the window and was ignored and no one was ready to take my money. SO long story short I left with out paying and without the food because they wasted my time. They are known for poor customer service, garbage food and for taking a long time to put a simple taco together. Stay away if you can.
Me and friends eat here often, but we are constantly given the wrong orders, drive-thru lines can be over ten minutes, and the lobby is always dirty and loud. Now, while my boyfriend and I going thru food poisoning from here, we can safely say, go get McDonalds instead, trust me
Said they didn't have the item we wanted, even though it's Nationwide. Poor staff, poor supervisor. Would not recommend.
I recently went to this Taco Bell that is combined with Kentucky Fried Chicken. The service was very slow, and the costumer service was VERY bad! The food was poorly made, the ingredients in my friends tacos were just thrown around a was barley on. On my taco the ingredients were outside the taco and in the wrapper. They forgot my drinks so when I went up to get them they did not pay attention to me and walked passed me several time. For a "fast food" restaurant this is most definitely VERY slow. I would NOT recommend coming here unless you absolutely have to.
