So far I used Jeff for one case and the outcome was great exactly what I was hoping for. Jeff represented my son when he was young and having problems with substance abuse and impulse control that some kids just have during that time of life. I took my son, who had no license at the time, to Jeff's office, and we explained the situation. The thing I liked immediately was that when the time came to discuss the fee, he wanted to be sure it was my son paying if possible, and not me, and it really made the kid feel more invested in the process, and respected. It also saved me having to argue with my son later to get him to reimburse me later, if I had just written a check, which I could have done.
