Clean machines, well maintained, staffed during open hours unlike other laundries in the immediate areas
Washing machine didn't spin, something I discovered on my return from shopping. On top of that, 3 of the 4 dryers barely dried (perhaps they need to clean the secondary, as well as primary filters more regularly). One of the dryers worked perfectly. They refunded me my money, but with no apologies or recognition of the inconvenience this caused me. A normal 1.5 hour wash turned into a 3 hour nightmare, and I had to cancel my evening plans to finish. NEVER AGAIN. Avoid this place.
Decent and friendly place. Clean and orderly.
The washer I used didn't drain the water so I had to rewash my laundry. And they said it had done it to another customer. If another customer had the same thing happen they should have put a sign on it saying out of order. They gave me change to put in another machine but was very rude about it.
