Have always had an EXCELLENT experience every time we go to the Ellsworth Hometown Sears store. Karen, Lucas, and Guy are great. They are all local people and make the experience pleasant when we are in there. We have made several purchases (big and small) there over the years and would not hesitate to recommend them over the local box store. Excellent service. Keep up the good work!! A++++
